We will process your personal data for the purposes of administering your involvement in the NMH Search website and sharing your details with site users.
Our lawful basis for processing personal data is 6 (1) (f) – Legitimate interests. Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.

The categories of personal data we may process are your name, your email address, your telephone number.

Any personal data (name, email address, phone number) which you enter will be publicly available to anyone using the NMH Search tool.

We will not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. The servers which store our data are located within the UK.
Retention period or criteria used to determine the retention period:
Personal data is retained for no longer than is necessary for the purpose it was obtained for. You can remove your personal data by deleting it from your account at any time. We will process all personal data in line with your rights, which are:
